Question about picture upload bugs

Hi chuck, let me give a example, I been to a few sites where the uploads work fine from within a post on the forum yet when a member trys to say upload direct to his or her gallery it fails to process the image or hangs on the last page. even more odd is i seen it happen on only certain member accounts, for example older members get the bug while new members dont. Dont get me wrong i think this is the best image plugin out there Like i said i spoke with other site builders i know and these are some of the issues they recalled having. infact one guy i know to this day still has the last bug i described, only his newest forum members can upload all older ones can only do it from withing a post on the forum. any idea what his issue may be ?

Well support threads have lots of info on this and this is server PHP/GD issues usually and not an issue with the software. There are solutions posted in the support forums if one has problems all they need to do is ask for support.
