Can a user include a photo by url--getting JUST the photo?

Yes, with PhotoPost Pro, you can specify a URL to a photo and have that photo retrieved and uploaded.

Where does the users get the url on the photo display?

I think I misunderstood you - do you mean upload a photo by using a url to an image or displaying a url directly to the image on your server while viewing the photo page of an already uploaded photo?

If the former, then, no; we do not display the direct URL to the image itself (although we display the BB CODE url to the medium image or a linked thumbnail).
