I will want to know if the photographs which are sent in the various albums of the users must obligatorily be lodged on the waiter of the site or if they can also come from an external bond.

As well for PhotoPost and VbGallery

Sorry but I do not exactly understand your english but let me answer based on what I think your asking

A user uploads a photo and a mysql insert is placed in the mysql database and the photo itself is copied to your server. Therefore all Photos on your install must be installed on the same server the application is installed on.
