Classifieds vs. Auctions

I would like to purchase the Classifieds scripts for our site, but we would like to use it primarily for auctions at this time. Is there a way to:

- Disable regular ads and only allow auction-type ads to be posted?
OR
- Specify sections where only auctions are allowed vs. where only regular ads are allowed?
- Disable the built-in feedback system so that my members will continue using our iTrader system?

Yes you can modify your templates to tweak things so all ads are auctions or you can use the announcement system to tell people to post auctions here or ads there blah blah blah

No there is no way to do that without I would assume pretty extensive hacking to our product and itrader.
