Do you offer Custom Coding Services?

I know that you have a service to install and all that... but what I am looking for is to have a feature added - I guess would call custom coding anyway hehe... I looked through Mods and Addons but I think what I am wanting to do is competely different and off the wall LOL Do you do anything like this and if so who do I contact to discuss my ideas and recieve a quote?

I know that there are alot of professional services to do this but I'm pretty sure I would have to hand over some php files from my PhotoPost installation and that's a big no-no, right?
