Godaddy and ImageMagick

i want to purchase PhotoForum on a Godaddy Fedora Core 4 Virtual dedicated server.
Is there any body who had installed imagemagick on a GoDaddy Virtual Dedicated SErver?

i have tried every thing that is written on that two pages, one with root access the other with normal user installation.

the result is (which i tried with a free gallery script)

The program sees there is imagemagick on the server
but PHP script cannot executes it.
