Who do you have to email to get an account activated so you can post in the forums.

I have emailed the contact us form and one reply to say it has been completed yet i can still not post on this site other than in here.

IIRC the cron job that updates your user status runs every hour, so as long as your email addy for the account you are using here is the same as the addy that you bought the product with then the maximum amount of time to wait is 1 hour
