What can photpost or classied software handle?

Has the applications on a stand alone basis ever been tested with thousands of users and millions of ads or photos?

I am looking for an auction type software for php that can handle a tremendous load.

Thanks,

JT

We do have sites that large that are integrated; although I can't speak for stand-alone applications. As with any large-scale operation, it comes down to hardware specs as much as the application itself - in other words, you need the muscle behind the apps to make it scale and work on a very large basis.
