MySQL5.0.24

Hi,

I do hosting and one of my new customers has photopost on top of WowBB. We are running MySQL5.0.24 and strict mode is off. All I get is a white screen. Is anyone running photopost pro 5.3 on that version of MySQL?

turn on display errors in your php setup so the page displays the error you are having. If you give us an error we can assist in a resolution.

Thank you for the tip, I did just that and the problem became evident immediately. It ended up being something I did.

For the record Photopost runs just fine on PHP Version 5.1.6 and MySQL 5.0.24.

yes thanks many sites run on PHP 5 and Mysql 5. Once you said you where the host provider I knew immediately you had the rights to turn on display_errors which would point you to your issue. Most common mistakes are incorrect path statements or incorrect mysql information entered in the config
