Bulletin software or not?

I was wondering what is better? Should you install the bulletin software and the Review Post Software? Or should you just install the review post software? Which do you install first?

Are there any examples of the review post software installed just by itself that I could see?

It is basically up to your needs. If you need a forum them you use one if not then a standalone is fine.
