Not recieving emails from site, or new order! I bought a new liscense yesterday about 24h ago and have yet to receive any sort of email regarding the activation of the new account. I received a confirmation that the purchase has gone thru and the charge to my credit card and thats about all. I've asked for several password resets via email, and never received them or the activation link to my new forum account. Its not my spam filter, as i've signed up again with two different email accounts and providers/servers Just thought someone would like to be aware of this problem. And before anyone asks why i need seperate accounts. I dont. Its for two different clients and i must keep them seperate. Thank you. |
I suggest you check with your host/provider and see what spam filters are used there. The email has to be trapped somewhere on your end. If it was not working it would not work for anybody and it does send email so that is where I would start. If you can send email to sales@photopost.com I suggest you contact them via email from the email the license was purchased and get your access data |
I emailed them over the weekend using the contact us link at the bottom. I received this email after the third attempt. I've completely turned off all spam filters, even signed up at the forums with a yahoo account. And no one else is having this problem??? Quote:

Only people having email issues with being sent emails where spam filters on there end are blocking things. I can safely say our system does send the emails. |
:frustrated: Alright, then i enabled spam assassin again, and added *@photopost.com to my whitelist. Is there anything else i can try? |
