It's not like we have a staff of people waiting by the phone, so figuring Chuck could be doing any number of things its possible that he isn't always available to answer the phone.

It would be nice, wouldn't it? 99% of our customers prefer to do business via the storefront or post in the forums. The phone line doesn't get much use.

Yeah I had to recover from a complete browser and email client crash and lost tons of data and all my bookmarked sites etc. It was terrible to say the least
