Don't Have Privileges to Post

Hey whats up,
I have bought a copy of vbGallery and everywhere I try to post but here I get this:

theChronic, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I can't submit a support ticket nor post in the forums for my product. Can someone please fix that.

It's because you're showing up as an unverified customer. Please follow the steps here and that should take care of it (the script runs on the hour so it may take up to an hour or so before your status changes).
