No Support?

Hi

I bought Photoshop Pro just a week ago and got no response. No Mail, no PM, nothing. Hope this is not the way for support here ...
I tried PM with Chuck S
Mail to custserv@photopost.com
What can I do to get Photoshop Pro?

regards

Mike

Private Messaging is not a means of Product Support. I do not use PM's and do not even have email notification turned on for them. Hense my signature states please do not PM me for support issues.

You may post a support ticket to support@photopost.com or post on these forums here and a support technician will respond to you.

Please point us to an open support ticket created by you as I do not see any week old tickets not responded to?

Hi Zachariah

Hi Chuck

In your PM you told me to send a e-Mail to custserv@photopost.com
OK, now I saw I'm a Verified Customer, but until now, I got no way to Download Photoshop Pro. I checked my e-Mail but found nothing ...

Better a e-Mail to support@photopost.com or a ticket?

Well I would think customer service has sent you the login details to your license. They do this when they process the license. Sounds to me like you have an email issue throwing our emails to your trash or spam filter.

You can go here and enter the email on file for the license to get a copy of the members area login details and check your trash and spam filters explicitly if you do not recieve the email cause the system works flawlessly.
