Upgrading from 4.8 to 5.3

Our previous copy of PhotoPost was purchased and installed by a different person, and I am looking to upgrade our current PhotoPost with the most current version. What will I need to do to get the creditentials to enter the Member's area since I was not the orginator of the purchase / install?

Hello

The license of Photopost would be owned the the person who purchased it. You would need to contact this individual for access. Since a Photopost license can not be transferred or sold under our license agreement the only way you could get access is through the purchaser. We would not be able to give out the access to anyone other than the licensed owner for security purposes.
