Review used as a tutorials section?

Could reviewpost be modified to be used for tutorials that members could post on a site or is there a mod already available to do this?

Well I am not sure what exactly your after here.

Basically you would post a product review or something and members may make reviews or posts about it etc

I have on my site as an example athough members are not allowed to comment here a marine identification database

You can alter things to your liking in the program. The language phrases the templates the look and feel the sky is the limit depending on your ability.
