End User "How-To" Instructions for the "Computer Challenged"?

We are still setting up and testing the PP, but we WILL need a short instruction list to post on our forum, on the PP use!
We have about 10-15% of the board users who will NOT be able to figure out the working of the gallery, and flood the admin with:
"it doesn't work!", "this gallery sucks!", "how do I load an image?", "how do I insert an image in a post as a vB [ img ] xxxxxxx [ /img ] command?"

Does a "How-To" already exist and if so, where? If it does not exist, will one be released soon?

We don't have a How-To for endusers, can't say anyone has asked for one before that I know. There are simple help screens on some of the pages, but I can see how a FAQ might be helpful.

It won't be immediate, but it is something we can look into for the future.

We now have two of our websites running PP and as expected, we got many question at the beginning of the gallery change over. We still receive many questions, but are surviving. Please consider a FAQ or "How-Do-I" for the technically challenged users....it would be a great help to the board admins.
