Where is my order?

PHotoPOST is not doing a good job here with customer service. I've placed my orders with them and call them all day today but nobody is there to pick up. What's going on? What kind of service is that anyways? Plus, it's been deducted out of my debit account already when I went to check my account at my bank. Now, could someone from photopost please help me out?

If you call our pre sales line and do not get an answer we are on the phone talking to potential customers. There is only one phone. However calling us is not going to resolve your issue since that is a pre sales line. No one can tell you status on your order. There is no phone line to the order department.

When ordering, it clearly states it can take up to 24 hours to process a license (usually 1 business day).

Okay, I'd understand but I wanted to call and to clearly correct the email address that was attached on there. All of a sudden the email address to where the confirmation would be sent to was listed on there in my yahoo account. I didn't list that email there and it's an inactive email account. I wanted to correct the problem that's all but no response.

Can you see about correcting this error and send me my confirmation to my active email account to PTNLOVELY85@yahoo.com? Thanks!

As I stated above no one can assist you with order information over the phone. There is nothing I can tell you here about your order either.

Now you sent an email stating your email was wrong when placing the order around 1120am and this was assigned to the order center.

You have since sent two more emails asking for your download. Order processing may take up to 24 hours so please be patient.

Usually no orders take 24 hours unless there is a response needed from the customer on a question the order department asks.

Orders take a couple hours normally but this is a weekend and as such you can wait longer than a few hours.
