A long wait between purchase and getting confirmation email.

Hi,

My partner purchased photopost pro on friday of last week, He got the confirmation from yourselves with a link to yahoostores to check the progress.

Anyway he/we have heard nothing since, as your no doubt aware we are eager to install this onto our site.

I know as i am not the purchaser there is nothing you can tell me about the actual order but is it usual to have to wait 72 hours or more before getting what you have paid for?

All orders are processed within 24 hours usually unless they are marked fraudulent. Also if customer service has a question they need answered before processing they email the customer with that question before processing and wait for an answer.

I can only say that he must email custserv@photopost with any questions about his order he has but I would assume here they are waiting an answer from an email they sent and he never responded to.
