Can it Upload folders?
 
These applications can upload all a folder?

I'm not sure I understand your question - are you asking if an entire folder of images can be uploaded?

If so, you can FTP the folder to your uploads directory and then process the images from there; but the images need to be transferred to your server either via FTP or by uploading the images in a ZIP file (or individually).

I was thinking about of Upload a folder with images , via HTTP

I'm not aware of a way to do that if I am following you - scripts execute on a server and therefore do not know the contents of your local folders. To upload an entire folder of images would require some process running on your local computer that could communicate to the server the contents.
