| Question Regarding Installation Services
When you install Photopost do you just do the install or do you also do the design specification for a client?
For example,
If we asked to have out Photogallery looks similar to this, http://forum.scraptivity.com/show/index.php
Do you do that?
(I don't mean the headers, etc. I mean the table colours.)
If not, what template files or stylesheet files do you edit?
Also, do you import an exsisting database and get the gallery setup?

We do our best to try and make things match up for the customer although technically an install is an install. I know the majority of people whom pay for installation services fall into two categories.
1. They do not know the knowledge to do web work
2. They just dont have the time and would rather pay someone else to do it
In both cases as stated since we know this we usually slap the header and footers if simple over the program and we tweak the stylesheet to match or in some cases it is as simple as turning on the forum style variable |

I would then fall into Category #2. I have installed it, but cannot get the CSS to look the same. I'm running out of time.
Also, I need to import a database and 400 MB of photos. But I'm thinking of starting from scratch. Unless you can offer me some quick tips? I know how to setup the database, but I installed the new version of photopost, so I'm leary on importing the older database over the newer database. If I copy over the data & uploads folder via FTP into the new install, will that cause problems?

Yes we are changing Hosts. The current version is 4.8.1 and I'm installing the new version and want to migrate. Not sure if it would be better to pay for your services or do it myself.

Well an install service is not going to move files from server to server.
If you move all the files over have a copy of the database on the old site we can surely get everything operational on the new server for you or you can do this all yourself.
