About the installation service

Hi,

I am sorry if I post in a wrong place. Let me explain my case:

I have just bought photopost pro and installation service because I was thinking that I was difficult for me to install and intergrate photopost with my forum. Anh I have a vba-photopost-gallery with some photos (in it) that I want to convert it in to photopost pro.

This morning, I have downloaded and tried install it. Everything went soothly without any problems. And Ofcource It works well on my site now. Now I do not want to take the photopost out and ask the installation team here to install it again. In this case Can I just ask the install team(Might be Chuck S) to check my installation and convert the vba-photopost-gallery in to photopost pro? (I do not meant to cancel the installation serviec I have bougt)! If it is possible do I have to send you a fax with agreement that I have been asked to or just give you the information to log in to my site?

I did not get reply e_mail from customer service. Howerver, I do not nead to use intallation any more.

If you do not need the installation service email them at sales@photopost.com and ask for them to cancel it.
