How much can you actually change the layout?

Hi, I work for a company that wants to use this software to add a reviews section to their site, and we want to know exactly how much we can alter the layout of a review. Basically we want it to look something like the attached image.

Please help as I'm being asked to get something live in a week.

Looking at that you probally would not need to alter much as our layout is similar.

You can alter the templates all your want etc and the css. Completely up to you .
