PhotoPost Pro vs PhotoPost vBGallery?

Are these two different products or are they the same thing? I see two different support forums and two mod forums for these products, but the only one available to purchase here is PhotoPost Pro. However, I also see this topic How to order PhotoPost vBGallery that says I can purchase it for a $59/license fee and I'm even more confused.

What the heck is going on here and what product do I need if I'm planning to also purchase vBulletin?

I would certainly prefer to spend $59 instead of $129.

Thanks,

Andrew

I want to know this too. I have just renewed my PhotoPost and would like to try out vBGallery. Do we have to buy it separate?

Hello yes you would always buy them separately since they are separate products. There is also a sticky thread in this forum which explains how to order vbgallery.

VbGallery is an addon for vbulletin

Photopost Pro is a gallery that does not require a forum to operate but has the ability to integrate nicely with many forums.

So if I'm purchasing vBulletin is there any reason to buy PhotoPost Pro, or is VbGallery all I need?

One site I like that inspired me to consider the combination of vBulletin and PhotoPost says it is "Powered by: PhotoPost PHP vB3 Enhanced". Which one is this?

I should add that I run a site for professional photographers and I'm upgrading my forums and the general look of the site. I want to add a gallery option, but I prefer a nice clean layout without a lot of clutter and I don't like the "forum" look of most gallery options I have seen.

So if one product offers more control over the layout and general look of the gallery that is very important to me.

Thanks,

Andrew

PhotoPost Pro is the site you where looking at from the copyright you are telling me

PhotoPost would have more control over look and feel as VBGallery can only look like your forum.

You do not need vbulletin to run Photopost but do need vbulletin to run vbgallery so it is up to you wish way to go.
