Safe mode: Local off, Master on
When I run phpinfo on my server it says that the Safe Mode Local Value is Off, but the Master Value is On. Will I be able to run PhotoPost all right?

Hello is Local is Off you should be fine.
If local is on then you have an issue and would need to ask your host to turn safe mode off locally.
