option to allow uploads etc w/o registering?

Hi there,

I'm just curious to know if there is the option to upload photos etc without having to register as a member. Also, to clarify..

"User Login + Stylesheet Integration"

does that mean that members can be logged in to the forum and they are automatically logged in to the gallery?

is there anyone from support who can answer my questions? I was hoping to buy today and pay the install fee.

Hello

You can allow unregistered uploads if you choose too.

User integration means the username password from the forum is used and user only needs to login once and is logged into both apps

Stylesheet integration means we have the ability to load the stylesheet the user is using on the forum.

that is EXACTLY what I needed to hear....and you guys offer installation/integration services for SMF 1.0.6?

Chuck S February 1st, 2006 06:48 PM

We integrate with SMF 1.06 in Photopost although we will be phasing that out shortly.

SMF 1.1 should be out and they have changed the whole integration to a sha1 password encryption over md5

We will once they release 1.1 gold drop support for SMF 1.06 and just support 1.1 code branch since SMF is a relatively new forum.

soooo..what you're saying is, I should be okay with 1.06 and when 1.1 comes out that will be supported as well?

Chuck S February 1st, 2006 07:06 PM

When 1.1 goes gold we will drop support for 1.06 and below and only support 1.1 forward

Chuck S February 1st, 2006 07:16 PM

Just order a license and an install at our online store. There is no additional charge to integrate with smf thats part of the install.
