Install Reviewpost first then Vbulletin later?
 

Lets say I installed Reviewpost and a year later I had a good amount of registered members, would it be difficult to add Vbulletin onto Reviewpost?

You would need to run a custom script to import your reviewpost members into vbulletin and then integrate reviewpost into vbulletin.
