Classifieds feature

I've been looking at the demo. I don't think this feature is in the script, so I'll ask here.

Is there a way to view all ads by a user? Some of my users will likely be selling a number of items. I'd like to offer them a page that they can put in their sig to a listing of all their available ads.

I saw the page with the user's most recent ad, but no listing of all their ads.

Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Ok. But would the link to "My Ads" work for now? Somethng like this?

Also, when I enter a category, there is a link to "Place an Ad" which has the category number in the URL. When I click that, I still have the option to change categories in Step 2. Is this correct? Why doesn't it skip that step? It should assume the category based on where I clicked "Place an Ad". I'd rather change it to "Place an Ad in this Category".

I don't agree with that workflow, is all.

Correct. That is the format

In the new beta there are links for view all users ads etc

The upload process is written the way it is for ease of use and to pull the proper template type.

We could easily escape the process your talking about and send you to the proper cat upload with proper template but it would introduce a quite big bug in the system. What is a user wants to switch category types it cant be done on the fly. The process used is the way to ensure the program operates as it is specified to operate.
