Question about TGA support

Hey there, I have a question about TGA support, but first some background.

I have a site (www.wowtextures.com) that will allow me and any registered users to submit images to their own albums that they "own." The images are in TGA format, so I'll need the gallery to create JPG thumbs and provide links to download the original TGA.

I've got this accomplished with Gallery2 right now, but I really want a completely integrated system (CMS + Forums + Gallery). From what I can tell, vBadvanced and PhotoPost (vBGallery?) will get me where I need to be.

So, the question is this. Can PhotoPost work with ImageMagick to upload TGAs and create JPG thumbs of them?

I would suspect that a little work would need to be done to the code as the calls to ImageMagick are not written as such to convert between one type to another. And since TGA files do not display in browsers, they would need to be downloaded as multimedia type files (which means just making TGA a multimedia type).

However, the default for multimedia types is to ask for a thumbnail during upload, so again that would also need to be changed.
