It's possible to have premium classifieds (pay classifieds) detached?

I have a free classifieds site but the users can pay to have it classifieds in the main page and in bold or coloured in the list of classifieds.

The payment options are per category you can charge a price for posting an ad and highlight italic and bold.

It's possible to charge my site visitors extra fees for adding priority site exposure status to their listed items?

I need the ability to charge (or not charge) a fee for ad placement in any category, and then additional fees if they select 'Featured Ad status', 'Bolding', and 'Better Placement'.

Well here is how our payment thing works

Payment can be collected at ad placement for any amount per category and also you can change at amount per category for highlight bold or italic

I hope that helps and yes it works as a standalone.
