I have the same email in both my profile and member area access. However, I cannot download attachments or access mods. I'm posting this because if I understand correctly a post is required to upgrade the usergroup.

It can take a couple hours from when you change it as noted also.

What do you mean this is not valid?

If you sign into your members area and owned a Pro license after the merge you should see an option to download vbGallery.

I see you have a very old vbGallery license purchased from Brian and that would not have the ability to switch to Pro. If you have a Pro license I am not able to see it based on the info you have in your profile here as your account seems tied to that old vbGallery license.

No, that's not true, I bought a new full pppro license #30115 on Dec 09 and I can't download the vbgallery and can't write in the vbgallery support forum. Also can't access the whole Mod Corner.

As I said to respond further I needed more info because based on your username here I only see vbGallery. Now yes license 30115 is valid.

1. To be able to post here you need to make sure your forum email matches a license that has current members access so you most likely need to update your forum email as it is still set to your other email for vbgallery most likely.

2. I just logged into your members area using your license login and I can download vbGallery without issue. You can not login using your old license and download as that one is expired to members access. Most likely your using your old license details to login to the members area. You newer license has both PhotoPost Pro and vbGallery download links whereas your old original license only has download links to vbGallery.

Edit, just saw in the member area it's saying:
1) PhotoPost vBGallery v3.0 BETA 1 (for vBulletin 3.7 only)

and another one:
2) PhotoPost vBGallery v (for vBulletin 4.02)

Tried first No. 2 but couldn't download No. 1 I can download, looks like the vb versions are inverted.

yeah I think that is a typo from Michael number 1 is the valid BETA 3.0 for vb 4.02

visa mastercard or amex will also work. Anyone who has a checking account these days has access to a check card which works just like a visa or mastercard.

Once you purchase a license and customer service processes your order they will email you your members area access and you can download the software.
