Pro and vBGallery are now one license. Buying a PhotoPost license gives you access to either version:

Does this mean that it is not possible to renew a vBGallery license for $39 one year member area access anymore?

You need to setup your own paypal account and add a verified bank account to paypal. Paypal has all the rules on their site how to use their site.

If you are logged into your paypal account you are missing the options right on the page. I go to the order page. It has a link to GET PAYPAL INFORMATION. Basically once you do that it gets your paypal info and you go to the order submit page. You hit order and it takes the amount out of your available paypal balance. If you have no paypal balance then yes its going to ask you for a credit card.

THIS IS WHAT I SEE ABOVE. So does this help clarify the process. When you try to do things what site are you on ours or there's?

Can we convert a vbgallery license to a photopost pro license?

I guess the answer on this depends on when you purchased your license. Users who have purchased a license from the end of september on have the option of running either gallery. People who may have purchased vbgallery at the very cheap pricing it use to be may need to pay a fee to convert the license to a full license to be able to run either gallery. At any rate emailing custserv at photopost dot com will get you an answer on this matter. Sorry we do not handle very specific order questions of that nature here on the support forums.

Please see:
http://www.photopost.com/featuresphp.html#forvb

PhotoPost Pro and PhotoPost vBGallery are offered under the same license. To setup a second site running vBGallery, you'll need to purchase a second PhotoPost license, which lets you download and install either Pro OR vBGallery.
