Client needs member info sent to him again
 

I have a client that bought photopost but he needs his member info sent to him again so i can help him update it and download the software what is the process for this ?

He can go to http://www.photopost.com/auth.html and enter the email on file for his license and get sent a copy of the login details.

I had the client try twice on this... and he is not recieving this email:

What should we do now ?

He can email sales@photopost.com directly and ask. He would need to send the email from that email addy

I would suggest you check his spam filter and trash bin. Usually emails send from sales and other generic names like that can trigger some spam filters.
