I understand and I apologize but vBGallery is not currently for sale until we have time to update our site pages to reflect all information needed to properly sell this product to the public.

Isn't there a temporary link you can give us to purchase now? I don't need a fancy website interface to make my purchase.

Thanks!

Dear Sales,

There are many of us whom already know what VBG has to offer. And some whom have already promised it to clients and even backed the promise up with, "The new company is offering it this week."

I would professionally recommend that you provide us a purchase option for us. We don't care about the informational site for the public, we simply need to purchase the product and move forward with our client/initiatives.

Regards,
Charles

I called them last week and said the same thing. I don't care about the info pages. I already know everything I need to. My customers are getting restless!

I said the cutomer download section is already setup, all you have to do is take my cc info and give me a login id... But NO.

The part that realy irritates me is the "no eta". That's no way to run a company. What am I supposed to tell my customers?

This is very much a norm for any company. You are going to get a NO ETA if there is no specific date set when it is going to be available.

No Company is going to start making empty promises like it will be up by next week and then it isnt up. The decision of when we offer vBGallery for sale is up to the President of the company and as it has been explained many times in this thread it is Christmas time and we are very busy hense NO ETA of when we will be selling it. I know at this time he is working on it but again I can not say whether it will be tonight tomorow or even next week.

I understand that everyone is very anxious to buy PhotoPost vBGallery and/or renew your licenses. Unfortunately we can't throw up sales pages that aren't throughly thought-out, because it could be confusing to people as to whether they should buy PhotoPost PHP Pro or PhotoPost vBGallery unless the sales pages are well done. It is a priority for us to have this done ASAP.

Thanks for the update... Please get this wrapped up ASAP. A lot of us are off for Christmas vacation (from college) and use this free time to work on projects...

Also some of us will not be confused about PP vs. VBaGallery... We know what we want (other sites already done using VBaGallery), and simply want to buy another copy of a product we're already used to...

Thanks for making this a priority...

Yes please vacation time is the best time to work on our pages...come on

just make a quickie page for those of use that know what we want already...don't post it on the main page. Give us the hookup so we feel special...that's how you win customers over.

You guys did all the hard stuff importing all the new customers and all that and now the simple part of putting a new product into a shopping cart is taking you forever.

If you really don't want the sales just tell me so I can go elsewhere.

There is also vbpicgallery or something like that. I used to have coppermine integrated and it worked fine. I hear the new Gallery is pretty good too.

You are welcome and thank you for your patience. At least this temporary measure will allow you to order while we get through our busiest month, a new site layout and get everything else into place.

Unfortunately I wasn't very patient but I've now got the gallery integrated on my site with vBadvanced and it looks like I will be able to re-open it on Jan 1 as I hoped.

Thanks!!
