Thinking of buying.

I currently run Photopost vBGallery on one of my sites and i am thinking of buying photopost for another.

I want members to be able to click on a thumbnail and get a meduim sized preview with a download link,is this possible or would it have to be modified.

I have found a site doing this and the image is how i would like it set out.

You can add an extra field that simply shows a link to the large image or medium it is a simple template edit

NextGen, do you have the option enabled to keep original files?

If that option is turned on then when the visitor views the thumbnail and clicks on it they'll be taken to the medium sized image and then when the click on the medium sized image (or on the link in the details section shown) they'll then be taken to the full size image. In the ACP there is also an option as to whether the full size image should open in the same window or a different window.

That option I was talking about already exists in vB Gallery and since you mentioned that you're already using it....

Oh, I see what you mean. We don't specifically have that link in place; you click on the medium image to see the fullsized image. Offhand, I think it could be done in the template, but it would probably require a few small file changes to do as well.
