k-g,
If your license hasn't already expired then you can download a copy via the Member's Area. Last night you should've received an email containing your Member's Area user name & password.
If your license has expired, then I think the guys are working on getting the ordering system updated yet.

I haven't received any access details yet. As I already pointed out in another thread any mails sent from your server are going into a big black hole when they are sent to the email address I used for registering vBGallery at the vBadvanced site. In the mean time both forum accounts are merged and I entered an email address that does work from your site. I would appreciate it if access details could be sent to my current account or sent to the original from a different server. I only have had this problem with your server so far as registration couldn't be completed with that address either and no, it doesn't even hit my host's server or the spambox....

On vBa (and here too I think) you get support forever. The expiration just determines how long you can download new versions.

EXACTLY we never turn anyone away from support. If they are running version say 3.0 of Photopost we might suggest they upgrade there software if they are experiencing a bug but everyone is assisted.
Member's access as CongSoft suggests determines if you can download the new code or not.

do you think is this good for your business? | No you didn't. vBa was the same. One year was included with the initial purchase, then it was $19.99/year to renew.

The prices are expected to be the same or near. This has been stated in many threads. We expect the sales page to be updated soon

There are a whole group of forums for vBGallery here. The Troubleshooting one would probably be best...
