Can Gallery do this???

On Viperalley they have an owners gallery I'd like to reproduce and was wondering if gallery can do this? I believe photopost does since that's what they use. Here are links to what they have & what I want...

Is something like this possible with Gallery?

I hope so, since It seems like the support & the price is alot better than Photopost!!!

JameZ883, that looks more like vBGarage than a PhotoPost hack.

Actually I talked with the Owner of ViperAlley which he is also a developer for PhotoPost and said it was written from scratch and has nothing to do with PhotoPost. I am waiting for a reply from him to see if he'll do something similar for a site I want to start in the near future. If not, I wonder where I could find someone to create something similar and wonder how much would it cost?
