It looks like the problem was that you just sent the payment to PayPal instead of following through the links to purchase the product, so our system had no way to know that you had sent anything. I've just added your license for you though so you should see it in the Members' Area now.
Yes As I explained PayPal doesn't work with my country.
I found a way to transfer money to your PP acc. and sent you a confirmation of the payment. I guess it's a normal solution.
