Combining vba links with vba gallery?

I have vBadvanced Links Directory and want to do following:
For example there are links of car dealers and I want to put pictures from the cars into the fields, is it possible to combinate this with vba gallery because I want this images to be rated and showing random images on the portal site?

If you're familiar with PHP then you could, but it would still take a good bit of work.
