Forum Styles

If I purchase this gallery, will it automatically work with my current custom forum styles?

Also I have an account were I don't have SU access to it and it is on a shared platform. Is there are forseen problems running on a non-dedicated server. (Streadfast Networks - Silver Package)

Thanks.

Re: Forum Styles

Laz,

Most styles should work fine; usually you just have to update your images paths if the installer doesn't do it automatically. There are occassional reports of some styles with severe modifications having issues but those are far & few between.

You don't need a dedicated server. As long as you can create new folders on your server, change the permissions of the folders, install new scripts, and have either GD or ImageMagick installed you should be OK.

Re: Forum Styles

Additionally, can you have multiple templates/styles for multiple categories? Say I have an actress cateogry and want a banner with a bunch of actresses at the top, and then i have an actor category and want a banner with actors. Does this support that?

Re: Forum Styles

Currently there is no option to choose a style for a particular category.
