Staff Approval
 

I've heard from some vBa Gallery users that the staff must approve all of the user comments and uploads before they appear. Is this true? And if so, is there a way to turn it this option off?

It's just like Moderation in vBulletin. You can, optionally, require moderation. (Just like you can do with posts/threads/attachments in vBulletin.)

i just purchased and installed vba gallery today and everything is working fine.

but i cant seem to find this "require moderation" on/off option you're talkng about. can anyone please shed some light?

Edit the usergroups under the Gallery AdminCP to set which usergroups will require moderation.
