Import from oldish Coppermine Gallery ?

I would be grateful if someone could tell me if the vBadvanced Gallery has an easy import of categories and pix together with their comments from an older-version Coppermine Gallery.

I know there is a coppermine import, So I have read somewhere... I would upgrade the Coppermine to a newer version them upgrade. Coppermine upgrades are a snap.

There is indeed a Coppermine importer but exactly how old of a version are we talking about here?
