Will the next release be 1.0 Final or RC5?

I was just wondering if the developers know yet whether they plan on releasing another RC or going directly to Final now.

Cool! I plan to be buying it as well as vBulletin soon. Could you also tell me if there is a chance that the price will be going up a little bit when 1.0 Final is released? I read something about that here...

Also, when v1.0.0 is released the price is going up a little, I hear.
Also, the $59.99 purchase price, is that lifetime or for a year? I was looking at the details on... http://www.vbadvanced.com/products.p...roductinfo&p=5 , but it doesn't say. Will I have to pay anything more in the future to continue to get support or access to new versions?

59.99 is the current purchase price and it is for an owned license, after 1 year the renewal fee is 19.99 for another 12 months.

Thanks. I assume then, since you didn't address it, that means the price will be staying the same for the foreseeable future?

Ok. That sounds reasonable.

But if we purchase now, we get it for 59.99 and then the 1.0 for free in the form of an update?

Correct. While Gallery is in RC status it's being offered for a lower price of $59.99 and anybody who buys the RC will be able to download the release version when it becomes available. After the release version becomes available then the price of $69.99 will apply for any new customers.

Re: Will the next release be 1.0 Final or RC5?

Just to clarify a little further - Once you purchase a license you have access to the Members' Area here for one year and are allowed to download any new version of the product that is released within that time period. Once that year is up, then there is a small renewal price ($19.99 for the gallery, $9.99 for the links) which will give you access to new versions for another year.
