I'm at the purchase page and I want to pay for someone to install this for me and it is asking me for

FTP Information:
Hostname:
Username:
Password:

sorry to be really dumb here, but i'm new to all this. Is this the info of my server? (such as lunarpages or whoever I use) and my username and password to get into all my files there?

FTP is probably:

Hostname: ftp.yourserver.com
Username: Your username to access the server
Password: Your server passsword

Note: These are not the passwords and usernames to access your forums. These are the username/password you used to upload VB to your server...
