Is the vBadvanced Gallery in German too (Translation/Language Pak) ?

No, but it is completely phrased the same as vBulletin, so it probably wouldn't be too hard to create one if you're familiar with both languages.

How many phrases have vBadvanced Gallery?
Will there be in future a language Pak?

Probably about 400 or so.
If someone decides to translate it and is kind enough to share their phrases, then yes.

It took 10 minutes for me to translate it to Turkish. I just didnt translated the admin panel. You can go on and look for another gallery or maybe you will choose to pay 150$ to photopost where you may get a translation. By the way 10 minute work will cost you nearly 100$

Only about half of those phrases are in the user side.
