Video?

Is the Gallery a good solution for a video gallery? I want to create something like the sites that show free video clips, like atomfilms.com, or ifilm.com, etc ( http://www.ifilm.com/?htv=12 ) ... where members view and rate films.

If they upload a video file, I don't think it can create a screenshot, can it? And if not, will it allow them to manually upload a screenshot?

Also, can they watch videos without downloading, if they have the correct mime setting it should open up the correct media player - does it work like this?

It does have support for video, or any type of files. It won't currently create a screenshot of the video, but I do have this on my to-do list to look into.
Currently all files that are not images will be forced to download on the user's computer, but I may be able to add an option to select whether it should be downloaded or streamed.
