VBA CMPS and Gallery: Random Image on Homepage?

I am building a website with VBA CMPS and Gallery. I was wondering if it is possible to set up a module on the CMPS home page where a random picture from the public gallery (I have both private and public gallerys) is displayed on the home page. This module would set in the left hand column.
