Is there a way to have two thumbnail images in each preview?

I apologize for not knowing the correct terminology to use when asking this question.

I would like for users to be able to upload two images that display next to each other in the browseimages.php page.

The photos are for a 'before' and 'after' comparison of home construction.

On the showimage.php page each uploaded photo will have comments by the person that uploaded it.

Does anyone know how this could be done?

Thank you.

This is not possible to do in Gallery.
As far as I know, and I'm just a customer (you should wait for an answer from the developer), this is not easily done without a lot of hacking. And when I say a lot, I mean A LOT.

Is there a place that someone could be hired to mod the Gallery to do this?

As rbl said, there's not an option for this and it would require a bit of work to acomplish it.
