That is great but I still can't reply to you because of the permission problem. It would seem you need a forum for unconfirmed bugs and issues. It would also seem that the Presales area would not be the best place to be collecting those, but where else can I post to?

I think memobug is referring to the fact that people who aren't a customer yet can't post in any of the forums except pre-sales.
