Is there a member forum for after you buy questions? A online users manual, or FAQ? I am a new user and cannot figure out where to change a setting to allow a member of my photopost album to upload more than one image per day. Can anyone help?

Yes on all three. Once you have your member download info, you can login to the Member Forums (link in navbar at top), there is an FAQ forum and there is an installation guide and user manual in the Support section.
